An abandoned two-story building in northeast Houston went up in flames Monday morning.
The building on Hogan Street at Gentry Street caught fire shortly after 5:30 a.m.
Firefighters were forced to fight the fire from the outside because of the intense smoke and flames.
Authorities said the building caught on fire a couple of years ago.
The cause of the fire has not been determined.
No injuries were reported.
