15 People In New York Treated For Carbon Monoxide
RAVENA -- About 15 people at the Hillside House were treated for carbon monoxide inhalation Saturday afternoon after some residents complained of feeling dizzy and faint.
Emergency services evacuated dozens of people from the 20 Main St. facility. No one was seriously hurt, and police had not yet located the cause of the carbon monoxide release, officials said.
The Hillside House of Coeymans Inc. was one of New York state's first community-based residence programs for the developmentally disabled.
