Feb. 26--No injuries were reported Saturday after a vehicle struck an apartment building on the 600 block of Mountain View Drive.

Romelia Perez Godinez, 33, of Culpeper, was charged with reckless driving on private property after her 2000 Isuzu Rodeo drove into the apartment building around 6:30 a.m., causing severe damage to a ground-floor apartment, according to Culpeper Town Police spokesman Wally Bunker.
