At Firehouse Expo 2023, Justin Bailey presents "The Rural Challenge: The First 10 Minutes." Responding to fires and other emergency incidents in rural areas vastly differs from those in the urban environment. Bailey will explain the similarities ans differences between rural, urban and suburban firefighting from the viewpoint of incident commander.
