Steve and Andy Schwartz, the owners of LION, a firefighter personal protective equipment (PPE) manufacturer headquartered in Dayton, OH, have recently established the LION Ready for Action scholarship for the Sinclair Community College Fire Science Program.
The LION Ready for Action Scholarship will support students who are enrolled in a Firefighter 2, fire officer, EMT, paramedic or a fire science two-year degree.

The Sinclair Fire Academy is a State of Ohio chartered program that provides certified firefighter and EMT certificates and two-year fire science degrees.
