The North Pole Fire Department, located in North Pole, Alaska, came on board with TargetSolutions because the platform delivers a one-stop shop for fire department training management. The department’s Deputy Chief Chad Heineken said he initially heard of TargetSolutions through his neighboring departments, Steese Fire Department and North Star Volunteer Fire Department.
