Jeff Hulse serves as a lieutenant for the Golden, CO, Fire Department. He began his fire service career in 2009 as a volunteer with the same department. In 2015, Hulse was selected to become one of the first career lieutenants. Since 2009, he has received five Unit Citations for performance above and beyond the call of duty. Hulse is also the current president of the IAFF Local 5080, Golden Professional Firefighters union.
