Edward Mohn is a 27-year law enforcement veteran. He is the vice president of the Illinois Tactical Officers Association as well as their statewide coordinator and lead instructor for the its Active Threat, Urban Tactics and Rescue Task Force programs. He has trained thousands of officers in active threat, tactical response techniques and tactics. Mohn serves as a tactical commander with the NIPAS Emergency Services Team, the largest multi-jurisdictional SWAT team in the United States. He also serves as the deputy chief for the Winthrop Harbor Police Department and is the deputy commander of special operations for the Air-One Police/Fire/Rescue Helicopter Unit.
