Fisher River Valley Fire / Rescue has received a new Custom Pierce Contender to serve the fire district in all risk situations. This apparatus will also be an asset for mutual aid to neighboring departments and communities. The design is configured as "All Risk Mission" capable, with emphasis on wildland interface operations. The engine is complimented with structure suppression equipment, and complete state-of-the-art hydraulic vehicle extrication and low-angle rescue gear.
