Squad 4 is equipped with a full complement of firefighting, rescue, and EMS equipment.
It carries a complete set of Amkus rescue tools including an "O"-cutter, a spreader, 4 rams, a combination cutter/spreader tool, and 2 gas-powered power units capable of running 3 tools simultaneously.
Squad 4 also carries an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), backboards and associated immobilization equipment, miscellaneous medical supplies, and is a PA State Certified QRS (Quick Response Service) unit.
