This truck is mainly used for heavy rescue; but, is multi purposed. The truck has a cascade system that can be used at the fire scene to refill air bottles in fire suppression and search and rescue. The truck is equipped with various tools that can be used for extrication. Such tools include hydraulic Hurst tools (known as 'The Jaws of Life'), low pressure and high pressure air bags used to lift heavy objects in emergencies. Besides these tasks, the truck is also equipped with first responder equipment that can be used as needed.
