With a traditional Black over Red color scheme the Bozeman Fire Department in Bozeman Montana recently Took Delivery of a new 2009 Sutphen Monarch Custom Pumper. This unit features Cummins ISM 500hp Engine with Allison EVS4000 Transmission. Waterous CSU 1500gpm pump, Akron valves, 750 gallon tank, 8kw Onan Generator, and enclosed and heated pump panel. Lower midship cross lays with pull out Polly trays for easy loading. Storage for hose and discharge in front pumper. This Engine will respond to all fire, medical and rescue emergencies for this Carreer department founded in 1884.
