    The Whispering Pines Rural Fire Protection District in Rapid City has taken delivery of a custom pumper tanker built by Toyne.

    It's built on a Spartan Metro Star tandem axle cab and chassis and has a Fire Research pressure governor, a FoamPro 2001 foam system, Fire Research telescoping lights, a Zico hydraulic portable tank rack, and a 2500 Elkhart Cobra EXM Body monitor.
