The Township of Ocean Fire District, Oakhurst, N.J. has received a 75-foot aerial quint manufactured by Sutphen. It's built on a Sutphen SL75 custom cab and chassis powered by a Cummins ISL9 450-hp engine and an Allison 3000EVS transmission. To fight fire it has a Hale QMax 1,500-gpm pump and a 500-gallon polypropylene tank. It's also equipped with a Harrison 15-kW generator roll-out tool trays, front discharge and LED lights.
