Ocean City Fire Department, Cape May County, N.J. picked a pair of Pierce pumpers that are now in service.

Ocean City Fire Department, Cape May County, N.J. picked a pair of Pierce pumpers that are now in service. They are powered by Cummins ISC engines and Allison 3000EVS transmissions. The four-door, five-occupant cabs have raised roofs, full-height rear doors and climate control. To fight fire, they have Waterous 1,500-gpm single-stage pumps, UPF Poly Tank III tanks, and Trident air primers. Other features include in cab EMS boxes, Kussmaul auto-eject charging ports, LED compartment lights, slide-out tool trays, forcible entry tools, Little Giant ladders, Stokes baskets, rear facing cameras, ladder tunnels, front LED brow lights, front discharges with preconnects, LED warning lights and  Federal Q2B mechanical sirens.
