So what does all of this mean? It means that of all of the professions and jobs available in this world, being a firefighter for me is the ultimate. And I know it is the same for each firefighter in this country.
If as a leader you take the time and care to know the hopes, dreams, passions and capabilities of all of your firefighters, they will take your department to the high ground of excellence. Then, with a few strategies in place, the marketing will take care of itself.
