Disaster Management And The Defense Department

Having been part of the “train wreck” that lawfully responded after Hurricane Katrina to the affected parishes of St. Tammany and St. Bernard, I felt it necessary to start some honest and open conversation about the future of disaster plans in the nation, especially since it seems that others have already begun to do so.
