    Federal Grant Helps Alabama Fire Departments

    The Federal Emergency Management Agency and the United States Fire Administration issued a grant worth $35.5 million. Some of those funds will trickle down to help fire departments in Alabama. Nearby Selma Fire Department will get more than $195,000 in grant money.
