Drill #104: Accountability
Over the past decade, accountability issues have been playing a big role in the fire service. Readers will learn why accountability should be ranked high on our list of events to keep a handle on during an incident.
The drill is designed to be a single page of information to conjure up discussions among your crew members. Sit down and talk about the exercises, and how they may apply to your company. But, just don't read them. Get moving. Head to an appropriate area and train.
Post the information in prominent places in your stations so it's readily available for review.
