- 1 package of 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- Panko bread crumbs
Heat the over to 450 degrees while cleaning up the chicken.
Blend the dijon mustard and honey in a bowl. Coat each piece of chicken with the mustard/honey mix and then coat with bread crumbs.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
