ESI Equipment, Inc. is a business focused on supplying and training emergency responders with specialized equipment, custom installations and vehicles. Starting as a one-person operation, ESI has grown to be one of the largest rescue equipment suppliers in North America and a manufacturer of other types of rescue equipment that are distributed worldwide through dealers and third-party wholesalers.
ESI Rescue Division – A regional retailer for rescue products providing service, training and custom installations. Also, as a Master Distributor of certain retail products regionally and nationally, this division consists of a Sales Department, Service Department and Training Department. While the customer base and coverage area increased, the types of rescue equipment also expanded. Choosing to specialize on vehicle, mechanical and situational extrications, new products were brought on line to compliment the demands from rescuers in the field. Today, ESI handles dozens of different rescue equipment lines and other specialized pieces under the ESI name.
ESI Industrial Division – A regional retailer providing Sales, Service and Training of specialty industrial power equipment. This division concentrates on specific industries that require specialized hydraulic tools such as recycling, dismantling and foundry operations.
ESI Apparatus Division – Custom Installations of equipment in emergency vehicles and Spacekap RRU (Rapid Response Unit) multi-purpose response vehicles. This division designs, fabricates and installs complete insert bodies into pickup trucks for emergency applications.
JunkYard Dog Industries Division - A manufacturer and international wholesaler of fire/rescue/EMS products through dealerships in US, Canada and South America. This division produces rescue stabilization & lifting systems, patient and first-responder safety devices and equipment/gear bags for the fire/rescue/EMS services. Research and development of new products is an ongoing part of this division. These products are distributed throughout the world via 50+ independent dealers and overseas private labeling agreements.
