VINCENT P. MULRAY, EFO, is a 23-year veteran of the fire service and a fire battalion chief with the Philadelphia, PA, Fire Department. He is currently assigned to Battalion 13 in the far Northeast section of the city and is an adjunct instructor at the Philadelphia Fire Academy. Mulray holds a master’s degree in public safety from Saint Joseph’s University and completed the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Program.
