Tim began his career as a firefighter in 1993 at E-233 in Brownsville, Brooklyn. He is survived by a loving family who cherish his memory and miss him very much, including wife of seven years Delia Mastromauro-Welty, his son, Jake daughter, Julia, mother Adele Welty, father William Welty, brothers Chris and Darren Welty, sister Melinda Nugent, nieces and nephews, a family in law, friends and comrades. Tim made a deep and lasting impression upon each of us.
