Kraig Stevenson, CBO
Mr. Stevenson is a Senior Regional Manager of Governmental Relations for the ICC. His Bellevue, WA office serves seven western states. Mr. Stevenson provides various services in support of the ICC's International Codes, which includes seminar instruction, following state and local legislation related to safety in the built environment, assisting with the development of code support and training documents, technical manuals, seminar design and delivery of other services to the members of the International Code Council. Mr. Stevenson previously worked for city and county governments where his background included experience as a building official, inspector, plans examiner, and drainage design and grading plans reviewer. Mr. Stevenson received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Washington University.

David Nichols
David Nichols is a Regional Government Relations Manager for the International Code Council (ICC). He serves as staff liaison for the states of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah in the role of State and Local Government Relations. Before joining ICC in September 2004, Mr. Nichols was employed by TRW Vehicle Safety Systems as Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Inflatable Restraints Division. In this capacity, he served as the company spokesperson and had responsibility for building code, safety and environmental compliance; community, government and media relations; code development and legislative lobbying. Prior to his work with TRW, he completed a twenty-one year career with the Mesa Fire Department serving the last three years as a Division Chief and Fire Marshal. Before joining the fire service, he was a partner in a company specializing in custom home construction. Mr. Nichols graduated from Mesa Community College with an Associate's Degree in Applied Science, Fire Science.
