Florida Firefighter Injured While Battling Blaze

An Orange County firefighter was hurt Friday morning while battling a house fire.
ORANGE COUNY, Fla. --

An Orange County firefighter was hurt Friday morning while battling a house fire.

Orange County Fire Rescue told Local 6 that just after 3 a.m. they received a call from a resident in the Shadow Hills Mobile Home Park.

Firefighters said when they arrived at 8408 Arrowhead Circle, 25 percent of the home was burning.

Crews made their way inside the home and started to search for possible victims, but none was found, according to firefighters.

Firefighters told Local 6 they were able to put the fire out, and no one was inside the home.

The state fire marshal will determine the cause of the fire, officials said.

According to Orange County Fire Rescue, there was one minor injury to a firefighter working at the scene.
