Three Injured by Heat in Okla. Wildland Fire

OKLAHOMA CITY --

Dozens of firefighters battled a fire in Mustang that destroyed a barn and threatened other structures on Monday.

The blaze at Southwest 119th Street and Mustang Road destroyed a barn and jumped Mustang Road, authorities said.

Police blocked off the area but allowed people to walk into the restricted area to check on their homes. They are not letting people drive into the area.

Three firefighters were treated by paramedics for heat issues but are expected to be OK.
