Santa Fe firefighters helped police stop a suspected drunken driver Wednesday night, according to KOB-TV.

A dash cam video released by Santa Fe police shows an officer pursuing the driver, Christopher Jackson, who apparently fell asleep at the wheel at a stop light.

Jackson awakes and attempts to flee the scene, but the officer is close behind.

Soon, Jackson finds himself in the company of the city's firefighters, who acted quickly and placed heavy-duty fire engine tire chocks in front of his vehicle so he couldn't escape.

When police officers administered a breathalyzer test on him, he blew three times the legal limit, according to the report.
