RICHMOND, Kan. --
A man and three children died early Monday in a house fire in the 200 block of West Central Street, according to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.
The fire was reported at 1:40 a.m.
The children's mother and another child were taken to hospitals. Their conditions have not been released.
Investigators are still looking into what caused the fire. Richmond is about 15 miles south of Ottawa.
