Four Killed in Mississippi Mobile Home Fire

Four people were killed in a mobile home fire in Panola County early Friday morning.
Four people were killed in a mobile home fire in Panola County early Friday morning, according to The Commercial Appeal.

The bodies of two men and two women were discovered inside the home following the fire. Eight other people -- ranging in age from 9-months to 31-years-old -- were injured and transported to area hospitals.

Crews responded to the burning mobile home at 1095 Mississippi Highway 3 in Crenshaw at approximately 4:15 a.m. and found the structure fully engulfed in flames.

The Panola County Sheriff’s Department and state fire marshal are investigating the cause of the fire.
