Massive Texas Apartment Fire Displaces Families

HOUSTON -- A massive apartment fire in Southwest Houston displaced more than a dozen families. The fire happened at the Waterfalls Park Apartments on Corporate Drive near Sharpcrest Street around 9 p.m. Saturday. More than 100 firefighters put out the fire that destroyed 16 units in the apartment complex. The apartment complex manager has started helping families whose units were destroyed find new places to stay. The Houston Fire Department is still investigating the cause of the fire.
