TOLEDO, Wash. --
A three-alarm fire has destroyed at least six businesses in downtown Toledo.
The fire was reported at about 4 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Ramsey Street, said Toledo Police Department spokesman Randy Pennington.
The fire burned six to eight businesses which are in a three-story building about a block long, Pennington said.
Damage was reported to an antique store, a bookstore, a hardware store and a bank.
There have been no reported injuries, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
Pennington said that officials are urging local residents to conserve water, as the fire department has poured so much water onto the fire.
