Two Boston Firefighters Hurt in Blaze

Two firefighters and one resident were injured Tuesday in a three-alarm fire at a home in Jamaica Plain.

The fire started shortly after 10 a.m. on South Street. Flames and smoke could be seen billowing from the roof of the house.

One firefighter was burned ad another suffered a cut on his hand, but neither injury is considered serious, officials said.

An injured resident was hospitalized with unknown injuries.
