HENDERSON, Nev. --
A Henderson firefighter was taken to a hospital on Friday morning for evaluation after a predawn fire that tore through a townhome on Sutter Mill Road, near Arroyo Grande Boulevard and Stephanie Street.
Firefighters said two people inside the home had already escaped when they arrived just after 5 a.m. The fire was under control within 15 minutes, according to firefighters.
The cause of the fire hasn’t been determined, but investigators said it resulted in $80,000 damage to the building and $20,000 in lost property.
