Ore. FFs Battle Burning Barrels of Oil

EAGLE CREEK, Ore. -- Firefighters battled a 2-alarm fire involving burning barrels of oil in Eagle Creek on Friday. Police dispatchers said Boring firefighters responded to private property in the 34000 block of Southeast Kitty Kap Loop late Friday afternoon where 10 to 15 barrels were on fire. Firefighters from Multnomah County were dispatched to help contain the fire, which was out by Friday evening. There is no word on what started the blaze.

Firefighters battled a 2-alarm fire involving burning barrels of oil in Eagle Creek on Friday.

Police dispatchers said Boring firefighters responded to private property in the 34000 block of Southeast Kitty Kap Loop late Friday afternoon where 10 to 15 barrels were on fire.

Firefighters from Multnomah County were dispatched to help contain the fire, which was out by Friday evening.

There is no word on what started the blaze.
