Two S.C. FFs Charged With Arson

ABBEVILLE, S.C. -- Two Abbeville firefighters have been charged with arson. Officials said Jimmy Ray Brock was responsible for a fire at a home on Highway 20 and Branyard Road. He was also charged with attacking a South Carolina Law Enforcement Division agent. Derek Van Medlock was accused of helping Brock set fire to a property on Martin Road. Officials said he also started a fire on Murdock Road. Medlock also faces charges of threatening a public official.
