Mo. Fire Truck Collides with Car

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A car collided overnight with a Kansas City firetruck in the downtown area. Police said a car ran a red light and collided with the fire truck at the intersection of Truman Road and Grand Boulevard, just outside the Power and Light District. Three people inside the car were injured and taken to an area hospital. Their conditions were unknown. No firefighters were hurt. At the time of the collision, the fire crew was returning from a call.
