An Indianapolis firefighter called a "Mayday" after he fell through the floor of a burning home early yesterday morning (Nov. 22), according to WISH-TV.Investigators have determined that the blaze was intentionally set.Crews found the vacant house engulfed in flames when the arrived on the scene at approximately 3 a.m.

Crews found the vacant house engulfed in flames when the arrived on the scene at approximately 3 a.m.

The firefighter made the "Mayday" call after falling through the floor, but officials told the news station that he was not seriously hurt.

"Once he fell through the floor, he was able to find a wall," department spokeswoman Reith told WISH-TV. "He called for the 'Mayday,' which is our protocol and he was able to make his way out."
