OKLAHOMA CITY --

A woman was killed Wednesday in an Oklahoma City condominium fire, authorities said.

Authorities were called to a blaze Wednesday afternoon at the Piccadilly Square Condos, located near Northwest 26th Street and Ann Arbor Avenue.

Oklahoma City Deputy Fire Chief Cecil Clay confirmed that a person was found dead in the burning condo.

The fire was contained to the woman's condo, authorities said. However, there is no word as to her specific cause of death or the circumstances surrounding the blaze.
