Arriving units found flames spread throughout the three-story townhouse with damage to the front of the home, the garage and attic, officials said.

Officials said three adults who were sleeping in the home when the fire began were alerted by their fire alarm.

Two residents have been displaced, officials said, and the third person was a visiting guests.

Officials said the two adjoining homes also suffered damage.
