One Dead in RV Fire at Iowa Campground

A body was found inside a burning recreation vehicle at a campground over the weekend, officials said.

NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa (AP) -- A body was found inside a burning recreation vehicle at a campground over the weekend, officials said.

The body was found Saturday night inside the RV at the Jolly Roger's Campground. Firefighters from several towns were called to the scene shortly after 11 p.m. The body was found after the fire was out.

The victim's name had not been released by Monday morning, the Johnson County sheriff's office said. The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
