An collision between a fire department ambulance and a car in Texas left two firefighters and a civilian hurt Tuesday night.

The Denison Fire Department ambulance was responding to an emergency call when the collision occurred, according to KXII.

All were taken to a local hospital for treatment, officials said.

In accordance with departmental policy, the firefighters were to undergo a drug test.
