Three houses in a Delaware resort town were destroyed early Thursday morning.
Two of the houses had partially collapsed, and the fire was threatening others, according to WBOC.
The homes in the South Bethany Beach were not occupied when the fire was discovered about 3:30 a.m., firefighters said.
Bethany Beach Fire Company spokesman Joe Hopple told reporters it appears the fire burned for some time before being reported. Crews remain on the scene.
