Helicopter Transports Woman After Fall from Md. Zipline

A 30-year-old woman was airlifted Saturday evening after falling 35 feet from a zip line on a property in Street.

June 02--A 30-year-old woman was airlifted Saturday evening after falling 35 feet from a zip line on a property in the 3900 block of Grier Nursery Road in Street.

Frank Krick, public information officer with the Whiteford Volunteer Fire Company, said the woman was in stable condition when a Maryland State Police rescue helicopter took off with her on board.

The helicopter landed at North Harford High School, about a mile and a half from the scene of the accident.

Krick said the woman was flown to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.
