Three Children Killed in New York City Fire

The fire, one of three multiple alarms fire Friday night, left three children under five dead.

Three children, all under the age of five, died from injuries sustained in an apartment fire in a Bronx apartment building Friday night.

The fire on West 165th Street broke out about 8 p.m., according to the New York Post.

Several other people were injured in the two-alarm fire.

FDNY firefighters responded to several other fires Friday night, including one at the famed Macy's department store.

A basement fire in the store reached two alarms before it was placed under control, according to the FDNY's Twitter account. The annual Thanksgiving Parade ends at the store on West 34th Street.

Another fire in the basement of a Bronx apartment building reached two alarms.
