Video: Firefighters Battling Massive Fire in Phoenix
Phoenix fire and hazmat crews are battling a building fire along a busy interstate.
The fire involves many materials including stored compressed gases, flammable metals and structures, Capt. Jonathan Jacobs told reporters.
A second alarm was requested for additional personnel and tankers.
An evacuation also has been ordered near the burning structure.
