Deer Trapped in Fence Rescued by Minn. Crews

Extrication tools were used by Bloomington firefighters to free a deer that got trapped in a fence. 

When Station 5 crews were called out to Auto Club Road on Dec. 20, they found a deer with its head stuck between pickets in an iron fence.

Firefighters used their tools to spread the fence open.

The deer didn't stick around when it was freed. It ran off.
