Funeral services will be held Tuesday for a West Virginia firefighter who collapsed at the emergency room door.
Garry Rose, 67, a firefighter with McMechen Fire Department, was wheeling a patient into Ohio Valley Medical Center on Friday night when he collapsed.
He was pronounced dead a short time later. A heart attack is suspected as the cause of death.
Visitation is being held from 12 noon to 8 p.m. Monday at Altmyers Funeral Home with a special service at 7 p.m.
Funeral services will begin at the funeral home at 10 a.m., and continue at St. James Church.
He was the ninth firefighter to die on duty so far in 2015.
