Maine Fire Truck Crashes After Driver is Stricken

A fire truck responding to a structure fire crashed into a guardrail after the driver suffered a medical issue.

The Sanford firefighter was alone in the apparatus when it hit a guardrail on Saturday.

Capt. Brian Watkins told television station WCSH that the fire truck was enroute to a fire in Lyman. 

He was listed in stable condition at Maine Medical Center.
