A man died after the pickup truck he was driving fell from a New Orleans parking garage.
New Orleans Fire and EMS units arrived at Camp and Poydras streets to find a pickup on its roof in the street. The truck crashed through a glass wall after snapping the cable safety barriers on the fourth floor.
Fire officials said the adult male had succumbed to his injuries.
Firefighters assisted police personnel with their investigation and then extricated the victim from the vehicle.
