N.Y. Fire Truck, Bus Collide; 10 Hurt

The Yonkers fire truck was en route to an emergency when the crash occurred.

Ten people were injured after a fire engine collided with a casino shuttle bus Wednesday evening.

The Yonkers fire engine with four firefighters aboard was responding to an emergency when it crashed into the driver's side of a casino bus, according to LoHud Journal News.

Yonkers Fire Commissioner John Darcy said the firefighters suffered neck and back injuries.

The six bus passengers also were transported to hospitals for treatment. 

Darcy said the crash remains under investigation.
